Product capabilities and verification status

What Auditov supports today, what is still being verified, and what is not yet available.

2 min readUpdated July 10, 2026

Auditov uses four capability levels so implementation work is not confused with a production promise.

LevelMeaning
Production verifiedThe customer flow has passed automated tests and a current production check.
Production monitoredProduction verified, with a health signal or alert for the critical failure path.
Internal betaImplemented and tested, but not approved as a public product promise.
PlannedNot available; roadmap intent only.

Current status

CapabilityLevelEvidence and limits
Single-URL SEO, AEO, and GEO auditProduction monitored30 deterministic checks against fetched HTML; audit failures are reported to Sentry.
Markdown export and public share linkProduction verifiedCovered by automated API, report, and share tests.
Free and Pro allowancesProduction monitoredCentral plan catalog, Redis enforcement, Stripe entitlement reconciliation, and webhook alerts.
Google AI Overview observationsProduction monitoredPro only; up to 5 extracted keywords per audit and 50 provider checks per UTC calendar day. Provider failures do not fail the core audit.
AI Growth BriefInternal betaDelivery, retry, and billing code exists. New checkout and the production cron schedule are disabled until a customer pilot passes.
Shopify embedded appInternal betaOAuth, billing, audit, PDF, and webhook suites exist. App-store readiness and paid demand are not production verified.
Multi-page site projects and crawlsPlannedAuditov currently audits one URL at a time.
Automated site changesPlannedAuditov generates recommendations and copy; it does not publish changes to customer sites.

Important limitations

  • A score measures signals observable from the fetched page and related requests. It does not prove that an AI model will cite the page.
  • Auditov does not execute client-side JavaScript when crawling.
  • Runtime varies by target site and external providers; there is no public completion-time guarantee.
  • Research informs the rubric, but a research correlation is not a guaranteed traffic or citation lift for a customer.
